Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Sunlit Florida, LLC ("Sunlit Florida," "we," "us," or "our") operates Ads Console (the "Service"), an internal advertising management application used to manage Google Ads accounts and related marketing operations on behalf of Sunlit Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Service collects, how it is used, and the choices available to authorized users. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Google Advertising Account Data. When connected to the Google Ads API, the Service accesses advertising account data — including campaign, ad group, ad, budget, bidding, and performance data — for accounts that Sunlit Florida owns or has been granted authorized access to manage. The Service does not request or access data belonging to accounts outside that authorized scope.
Account and Configuration Data. Information you or other authorized users enter into the Service to configure it, including campaign labels, scheduling and automation settings, and network/revenue labels used for internal reporting.
Login Credentials. A username and a securely hashed password for each authorized user. Passwords are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
Session Information. A session token stored in your browser to keep you signed in, and standard technical information (such as request timestamps) generated in the course of operating the Service.
2. How We Use Information
Information collected through the Service is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for its intended purpose — displaying and managing the advertising accounts and marketing operations of Sunlit Florida. This includes showing account and performance data within the dashboard, and executing configuration changes that an authorized user requests or schedules (such as budget, bidding, or ad status updates), and maintaining accurate internal reporting. Information is not used for any purpose unrelated to these functions.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
Sunlit Florida, LLC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell information collected through the Service. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Information may be shared only: (a) with infrastructure providers that host or operate the Service on our behalf, solely as needed to provide the Service; (b) to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or governmental request; or (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sunlit Florida, LLC, our users, or others.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining accurate records of account configuration and automation history. Account and configuration data is retained until an authorized user removes it or an account is deactivated. You may request deletion of information associated with your use of the Service by contacting us using the details in Section 11.
6. Data Security
Access to the Service requires authentication, and is limited to personnel authorized by Sunlit Florida, LLC. Credentials used to access the Google Ads API are stored using industry-standard practices and are never exposed to the browser or to any user of the Service. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing, not in plain text. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and while we take reasonable measures to protect information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
The Service uses browser local storage to keep an authorized user signed in between visits. It does not use advertising cookies, and does not follow users across other websites or applications.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by authorized adult personnel of Sunlit Florida, LLC and is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 16.
9. Your Choices
Authorized users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with their account by contacting us at the email address below. An account's owner-level administrator may add or remove individual user access to the Service at any time.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or applicable legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above indicates when this policy was last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
